Our client, a rapidly growing digital media and marketing agency, is seeking a highly creative and strategic Senior Digital Marketing & Communications Specialist to lead their remote marketing initiatives. This role is critical for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and achieve client objectives. You will be responsible for managing campaigns across various digital channels, analyzing performance data, and optimizing strategies for maximum impact. As a fully remote position, you will collaborate with a diverse team of creatives, strategists, and account managers, leveraging advanced digital marketing tools and platforms to deliver exceptional results for clients.

- Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and display advertising.
- Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand messaging.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and optimize campaign performance.
- Analyze campaign data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate comprehensive reports on campaign effectiveness.
- Develop compelling and engaging content for various digital channels, including website copy, social media posts, blog articles, and email newsletters.
- Manage social media presence, community engagement, and online reputation.
- Optimize website content and user experience for search engines (SEO).
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (SEM, social media ads), managing budgets and maximizing ROI.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, web developers, and other creative professionals to produce high-quality marketing materials.
- Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Provide strategic recommendations to clients based on data-driven insights and market analysis.
- Manage client relationships and serve as a key point of contact for digital marketing inquiries.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in digital marketing and communications, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Proficiency in managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation abilities.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or other relevant digital marketing platforms are highly desirable.
