Our client, a dynamic and growing retail brand, is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Remote Retail Store Manager to oversee the strategic direction and operational success of their online and potentially hybrid retail presence. This unique position is fully remote, allowing you to manage operations and lead teams without needing to be physically present at a single brick-and-mortar location, focusing on digital customer engagement and backend operational efficiency.
As a Remote Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring exceptional customer experiences across digital platforms, and optimizing inventory management and fulfillment processes. You will develop and implement strategies to enhance online store visibility, customer acquisition, and retention. This involves analyzing sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Key responsibilities include managing a remote team of sales associates and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. You will oversee the operational aspects of online order processing, shipping, and returns, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. A minimum of 4 years of experience in retail management, with a significant focus on e-commerce operations, is required. Proven experience in managing remote teams and driving sales growth through digital channels is a must. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in e-commerce analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) are essential. Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills are paramount.
