Our client, a respected international non-profit organization, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Manager to oversee humanitarian aid initiatives. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to contribute impactful work from anywhere. You will be responsible for the planning, execution, and monitoring of programs aimed at addressing critical needs within vulnerable communities. This involves developing program strategies, managing budgets, coordinating with local partners, and ensuring compliance with donor requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international development, humanitarian affairs, or a related field, coupled with proven project management skills. You will play a crucial role in fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, including beneficiaries, government agencies, and other NGOs. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities are essential. You must be adept at navigating complex operational environments and delivering impactful results under challenging circumstances. Experience in proposal writing and fundraising is a significant advantage.

- Develop and implement strategic plans for humanitarian aid programs.
- Manage program budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and financial accountability.
- Oversee program activities, ensuring timely and effective delivery of services.
- Coordinate and liaise with local implementing partners, government authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor program progress, evaluate outcomes, and generate regular reports for donors and senior management.
- Identify program risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with donor regulations, organizational policies, and humanitarian principles.
- Lead and motivate program teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
- Contribute to fundraising efforts, including proposal writing and donor engagement.
- Represent the organization in relevant coordination meetings and forums.
- Champion best practices in program management, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Ensure the well-being and safety of program staff and beneficiaries.
- Master's degree in International Relations, Development Studies, Public Health, Humanitarian Affairs, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in program management within the non-profit or humanitarian sector.
- Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, and monitoring complex humanitarian programs.
- Strong understanding of humanitarian principles, international aid frameworks, and donor requirements (e.g., USAID, ECHO).
- Proven project management skills, with experience using project management tools.
- Excellent leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages relevant to program regions is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-cultural, and dynamic environment.
- Experience in proposal development and fundraising.
