Role Description
- Assist in the design and development of layouts for marketing materials, using appealing graphics that are well organized
- Responsible to integrate the latest design trends and technologies into our graphic templates
- Help in selecting appropriate colors, images, text style, and layout for designs
- Review graphics, layouts, and fonts before products are completed
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed
- Communicate with clients, if necessary, to understand their design requirements
- Revise the work of previous designers to create a unified aesthetic for our brand materials
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously, with an ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Ensure all design elements, templates and finished designs are aligned with brand guidelines
Qualifications
- Graphics and Graphic Design skills
- Branding skills
- Proficiency in Image Editing software
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Knowledge in relevant design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field

ROLE PURPOSE:
T
he role will be responsible for overseeing the purchasing process, managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and prices, and ensuring that all purchased products and services meet the needs of the organization while staying within budget. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize projects, and a solid understanding of procurement processes.
Key responsibilities
- Administer procurement and supplies chain activities delivered through the stores function for the provision of goods and services to meet the needs of the company.
- Coordination of stores and store/purchasing staff and activities.
- Monitor and maintain key supplier agreements, identify and analyze new opportunities and seek ways to improve efficiencies and ensure purchasing compliance.
- Partner with the local businesses to identify and plan sourcing initiatives and other projects
- Manage procurement activities in compliance with the Procurement set procedures. This includes sourcing, supplier management, contract management and all transactional activities
- Perform all procurement and contracting activities including pre-qualification, negotiation and preparation of contracts to ensure realization of strategic procurement objectives; and maintain tender/contract register.
- Evaluate and report on quotations on assessment process.
- Ensure there is a fully traceable record in document management system of all relevant correspondence.
- Manage all imports processes including and not limited to Sourcing, order placing, shipping coordination and port clearance.
- Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
- Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs.
- Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.
- Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets.
- Working to improve purchasing systems and processes.
- Carry out any other assignment as may be advised from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Degree/Diploma in supply chain management or related field.
- 5 Years relevant experience as a procurement officer
- Experience in end to end Imports handling
- Experience in end to end local purchases handling
- Experience in use of ERPs such as SAP, Odoo.
Salary range: 100k gross to 120k gross depending on experience
