Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Nairobi County, Kenya, for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and developing strategic business plans. Additionally, the role involves managing client accounts, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the design and production teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related fields
- Strong market research and analytical abilities
- Proficiency in strategic planning and negotiation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Knowledge of the printing and design industry is a plus
