We're Hiring: Administrative Assistant (Remote | Full-Time)

We are looking for a bilingual (English & Mandarin) Administrative Assistant to join our growing team
What You'll Do
Manage purchase orders in Smart Sheets, Excel, QuickBooks, NetSuite & Basecamp
Communicate with vendors in English and Mandarin
Track and update purchase order statuses
Create commercial invoices & upload documents to Basecamp
Organize and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Update HR documents and handle data entry & admin tasks
What We're Looking For
-Fluent in English and Mandarin (Chinese)
-2+years of US-Based experience with admin, purchasing, or operations work
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-Proficient in Excel, QuickBooks, NetSuite, Smart Sheets
-Able to work remotely in Mountain Time (MT)

Required:
1-2 years of US healthcare experience (billing experience preferred)
Our customer is seeking a full-time medical billing professional for his growing healthcare billing business.
Role Responsibilities:
- Process daily claims for mental health providers
- Verify benefits with insurance companies
- Check for claim processing issues
- Make insurance calls for benefit verification
- Resolve complex billing problems
Ideal Candidate Qualities:
- Strong communication skills
- High attention to detail
- HIPAA compliance awareness
- Responsive and motivated to learn
- Ability to work Central time zone hours
Preferred (but not mandatory) Skills:
- Knowledge of Illinois healthcare policies
- Familiarity with major insurance companies (BCBS Illinois, Aetna, Cigna)
- Experience in medical billing
Work Volume:
- Currently handling 20-30 claims per week
- Expected workload around 2 hours daily
- Potential for growth as business expands
